Applying Logic on Vices Evenly Bill of 2012
Rationale
Our laws on the four main vices (gambling, marijuana, tobacco, and alcohol) do not make sense. Why should you be able to drink in public at 18 and gamble as much as you want but tobacco is completely illegal? This law uses common sense to have a good baseline for all vices (legal, with regulation)
