All persons born or naturalized in Broadlands, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of Broadlands and of the State wherein they reside.

The retirement age shall be calculated as follows: Retirement age = (Average age * 1.85 + (18 * Dependency Ratio))/(1 + Dependency Ratio) where, Dependency Ratio = Seniors/Working age population and this shall not exceed 1:3. If the dependency ratio worsens, 1:3 shall be used. This formula shall be self-executing and binding upon certification.
