Rationale

For some time now, due to certain globalist policies, we have squandered our symbols, such as the national anthem. Making it mandatory to sing the anthem in schools every day is not authoritarianism; it is loving your country. There are children growing up who do not know the anthem.

Proposed Changes

1

National Anthem in Schools
Previous law
Weekly assembly anthem (participation optional)
Mandatory daily anthem (all students present; opt-out only for documented reasons)

“Having carefully considered this bill and Section 4 of Article XIII of our Constitution, we concluded that where children are practically forced to submit documentation regarding their beliefs, such coercion contradicts the Section because patriotism is not listed therein as an exception for limiting the freedom to keep one's beliefs undisclosed.”
