Rationale

For centuries, religion was a major pillar in the lives of the world's men and women. Yet, we have made phenomenal progress since then. While religion still offers moral support, it can also prove highly obscurantist; we should allow our children to choose their own faith without interference.

Proposed Changes

1

State-Funded Faith Schools
Previous law
Permit existing state-funded faith schools
State funds secular schools only

2
