“This is an infringement upon free markets that will drive down wages. This should be left between an individual and their employer, not determined by the heavy hand of the government. Unintended consequences for this law will include individuals no longer getting the number of hours that they need or desire due to their employer's lack of desire to or inability to pay overtime, decreased productivity, and a lowered GDP.”
