Rationale

Azonia has pursued the policy of expanding our nuclear arsenal since April 2019. Our arsenal is large enough now. The only reason to continue manufacturing new nuclear weapons is to transfer tax dollars to the manufacturers. Our stick is big enough; let's focus on speaking softly.
