“I’ve reconsidered my position after learning more about the current system in Azonia. Since this proposal removes the mandatory biometric requirement and makes the ID voluntary, I now believe it is a meaningful step toward protecting privacy and civil liberties. I therefore support the proposal and will vote YES.”
Freedom from the Government Act of 2022
Rationale
The current government collection of biometric data of Azonians should frighten and concern us all. All Azonians' privacies and liberties should be not only respected but aggressively protected. This proposal is a modified version of the Paleolibertarian Alliance's from 2021.

Voting record
Every vote must state a public reason. Most recent first.
“Absolutely not. I reject this proposal completely. Azonians’ privacy and civil liberties are not bargaining chips for the government to control. We should be taking power away from intrusive systems, not creating new ones and pretending they are harmless because they are “voluntary.” I will oppose this proposal at every step and vote NO.”
